This is my personal opinion and it is not the law.
Of course, art is diverse, however, for myself personally: I am skeptical about ego projects. I feel the exact line between study and analysis of injuries and art. Yes, probably, private experience in the sum gives birth to general experience. And for a long time everything has been mixed up and, probably, this is wonderful.
This method doesn't work for me.
For me art is something else, and the experience of the individual is more likely to transfer and crystallize in style rather than in content.
But, despite the above, I suddenly made a project about our apartment with my father.
I couldn't help but do it, being inside this burnt realm! Strong feelings tore me apart - the beauty of the burnt landfill, charred brushes, old paintings and books, mountains of garbage - and all this is my home.
The apartment has been in poor condition.
My father is a marginal with many years of alcohol addiction, he is also a big dreamer and knows Goethe's poems in the original.
